Getting Started and Making a Shift
I thought they were just "new age" aroma things and my husband thought they were bogus.
After doing our research and reading Dr. David Stewart's books Healing Oils of the Bible and The Chemistry of Essential Oils, we both realized there was something pretty awesome about these oils.
After all, God gave us "every herb bearing seed" in the Garden of Eden for our use and
for the "healing of nations"--so there's more to these oils than you may first think.
The more we used them and saw their qualities, the more we started reading product labels and seeing just what was in our everyday products... in our kitchen, our bathroom, in my makeup, etc and we started switching out those toxin-filled products for toxin-free products! Our diet has changed, our cleaning products have changed, my bath and skin care products have changed---
and I feel better for it!
It's a great way to live--and that's why I call it an "Oily Lifestyle"--because
that's where it starts - with the oils!
